Ritco Logistics Limited has set a record date of September 23, 2026, to determine member eligibility for voting at its 25th Annual General Meeting, which will be held on September 30, 2026, through video conferencing and other audio-visual means.

Ritco Logistics Limited will hold a board meeting on August 31, 2026, at 4:30 P.M. to approve the draft Director’s Report for the fiscal year 2025-26, the draft Notice of the 25th Annual General Meeting, and to fix the book closure date for the meeting, as well as to appoint an internal auditor for the fiscal year 2026-27 and to take note of a preferential issue in Trucksup Solutions Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Ritco Logistics Limited.

Net profit of Ritco Logistics declined 53.22% to Rs 5.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 13.44% to Rs 391.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 345.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 14.76% to Rs 35.98 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 42.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
