SBEC Systems (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 19, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026, with a cut-off date for e-voting eligibility of September 22, 2026.

SBEC Systems (India) Ltd share price inched up 2.44% to Rs 21.0. The Company`s net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 89.27% to Rs 0.19 crore, while revenue from operations plunged by 39.47% to Rs 0.46 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Trading & Distributors industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 49691.37 crore, dropping 11.57%. It has slipped by 0.67% over last one week and jumped by 24.91% in last one month while the market capitalization of SBEC Systems (India) Ltd has marginally improved by 1.94% and 15.70% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of SBEC Systems (India) Ltd stood at Rs 0.19 crore in Q2 FY26, falling 13.64% year-on-year, and tumbling by 51.28% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, surging by 29.63% YoY and crashing by 50.70% sequentially. Total expenses eased by 4.76% to Rs 0.2 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.07 crore, remaining flat YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations softened by 7.23% to Rs 2.95 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 83.46% to Rs 2.44 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 139% to Rs 1.87 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 23.74% to Rs 1.72 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2.71 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2.25 crore in FY25. SBEC Systems (India) Ltd nosedived by 10.71% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.05% during the same period.

SBEC Systems (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.
