Vikas WSP Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its equity shares will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the dissemination of the company’s unaudited financial results for the year ended September 30, 2026, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the company is currently under corporate insolvency resolution process managed by Interim Resolution Professional Mr. Darshan Singh Anand.

Vikas WSP Limited, under corporate insolvency resolution process, announced that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Court-II, pronounced an order on September 9, 2026, allowing application IA (I.B.C.) No. 1538/2022 and approving the Resolution Plan.
