HDB Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 29,480 equity shares to employees on September 21, 2026, pursuant to the exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Scheme, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 8,30,76,49,350 to Rs 8,30,79,44,150.

HDB Financial Services Limited announced that its Debenture Allotment Committee has allotted 20,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 20,18,17,01,644, on a private placement basis, with the debentures proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited. The NCDs have a tenure of 1064 days, a coupon rate of 8.0500% (XIRR – 7.9599%), and are scheduled for maturity on August 08, 2029.

HDB Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 1,21,016 equity shares to employees on August 24, 2026, following the exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Scheme, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 8,30,64,39,190 to Rs 8,30,76,49,350.

HDB Financial Services has allotted 54,450 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 544.50 crore on private placement basis.

HDB Financial Services will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2026.
