Gujarat Intrux announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 17.5 per equity Share (i.e. 175%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Gujarat Intrux declined 23.26% to Rs 1.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 11.89% to Rs 18.91 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 16.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 2.64% to Rs 10.31 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 10.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 5.23% to Rs 68.76 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 65.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
