Duro Pack Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 22, 2026, to September 29, 2026, for the 38th Annual General Meeting, with September 22, 2026, designated as the cut-off date for e-voting, which will be available from September 26, 2026, at 9:00 am to September 28, 2026, at 5:00 pm, through the National Securities Depository Limited.
