Rubicon Research Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Rohit Saraogi as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 14, 2026, while current CFO Mr. Nitin Jajodia will transition to a Chief Commercial Officer role. Additionally, the company’s board re-appointed Mr. Venkat Changavalli as Chairman, extending his term from September 18, 2026, to June 10, 2027.
