KSB Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated entities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Securities Exchange Board of India regulations. Trading in the company`s shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are announced.

KSB Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for directors, officers, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Net profit of KSB declined 18.75% to Rs 57.20 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 70.40 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
