MTAR Technologies announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 28 September 2026.

MTAR Technologies has received an amended purchase order worth USD 324.62 million at an exchange rate of Rs. 95.50/- (approximately Rs. 3100.09 crore) having an incremental order value worth USD 85.86 million (approximately Rs. 819.94 crore).

Net profit of MTAR Technologies rose 364.66% to Rs 50.23 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 10.81 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
