Divyashakti will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 August 2026.

Divyashakti announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Divyashakti declined 82.98% to Rs 0.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 52.33% to Rs 8.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 18.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 58.66% to Rs 1.05 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
