Prime Industries Limited will seek shareholder approval for a fund raising through the issuance of equity shares, convertible warrants, or other instruments via a preferential issue, and for an increase in the company’s authorized share capital from Rs 35,00,00,000 divided into 7,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each to Rs 40,00,00,000 divided into 8,00,00,000 Equity Shares of 5/- each, at a board meeting scheduled for September 20, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited.
