Medplus Health Services Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of the remaining 0.01% stake in Optival Health Solutions Private Limited, a material subsidiary, from its remaining shareholders for a cash consideration of Rs 1.10 crore. Following the acquisition, Medplus Health Services Limited will own 100% of Optival Health Solutions Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Optival Health Solutions Private Limited, incorporated on July 11, 2005, reported a turnover of Rs 6816.44 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26 and operates in the pharmacy retail business in India.

The board of MedPlus Health Services at its meeting held on 23 July 2026 after reviewing the present business structure and market outlook has approved to keep in abeyance the implementation of both the capex plan viz. setting up of food park by Optival Health Solutions (a material subsidiary) and setting up a concierge health & wellness services facility at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Medplus Health Services announced that the 20th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 17 August 2026.

Net profit of Medplus Health Services declined 21.67% to Rs 33.18 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 42.36 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
