Dhoot Transmission Limited announced it acquired 75,000 equity shares, at GBP 32 per share, of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dhoot Transmission UK Limited, for an aggregate consideration of GBP 24,00,000 (equivalent to Rs 31,31,57,799) on August 27, 2026. The acquisition, which is a related party transaction, will be used to repay outstanding borrowings of Dhoot Transmission UK Limited, enabling further investment towards business growth and expansion.
