AU Small Finance Bank announced that the 31th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the bank will be held on 5 September 2026.

Net profit of AU Small Finance Bank rose 37.03% to Rs 795.95 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 580.86 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025. AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 3,03,613 equity shares under ESOP on 20 July 2026. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,49,28,54,430 to Rs. 7,49,58,90,560.

AU Small Finance Bank will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 25 July 2026.

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 2,32,375 equity shares under ESOP on 18 June 2026. The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 7,48,73,95,830 to Rs. 7,48,97,19,580.
