AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB) has received RBI`s letter dated 06 May 2026 according its approval to Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMBL) (along with its subsidiaries, the funds/schemes managed by KMBL`s subsidiaries, collective referred as Kotak Mahindra Group) to acquire `aggregate holding` of up to 9.99% of the paid-up share capital or voting rights in AU SFB.

AU Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,96,822 equity shares under ESOP on 30 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 7,48,35,87,890 to Rs. 7,48,55,56,110.

AU Small Finance Bank announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of AU Small Finance Bank rose 65.15% to Rs 831.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 503.70 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 17.53% to Rs 5019.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4270.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 25.42% to Rs 2641.25 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 2105.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Total Operating Income rose 16.02% to Rs 18636.34 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 16063.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
