Sai Silks (Kalamandir) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Sai Silks (Kalamandir) rose 141.67% to Rs 32.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 13.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 5.07% to Rs 419.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 398.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 65.03% to Rs 140.92 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 85.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
