Rashi Peripherals Limited announced that Anil Khandelwal has resigned from his position as Independent Director, effective August 24, 2026, citing concerns regarding governance practices and a divergence between his understanding of sound governance and the company`s approach to certain matters, as detailed in his resignation letter.
