Kirloskar Ferrous Industries announced that the 35th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 5 August 2026.

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has received an export order worth USD 13.51 million for supply of 30,000 (+/- 5%) MT basic grade Pig Iron.

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 June 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has allotted 17,841 equity shares under ESOP on 12 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 82,49,61,920 comprising of 16,49,92,384 equity shares of Rs 5 each.

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 June 2026.
