Tega Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Tega Industries declined 58.13% to Rs 42.67 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 101.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 1.74% to Rs 526.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 536.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 28.72% to Rs 142.65 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 200.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 3.25% to Rs 1691.94 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1638.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Tega Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2026.

Tega Industries announced that ICRA has assigned the credit rating of ICRA A+ / ICRA A1 to bank facilities of the company and placed the same on Watch with Developing Implications, in view of the proposed acquisition of AIP MC Holdings LLC (Molycop) by TIL in collaboration with Apollo Funds. ICRA will resolve the watch post receipt of pending regulatory approvals and successful completion of the transaction, including finalisation of debt terms.

Tega Industries has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Company in India in the name and style of �Tega Solutions� on 01 April 2026. The Company has received Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 17 April 2026. The object of incorporation is to carry on the business of providing all kinds of management consultancy services and to act as a Global Capability Centre including Global Cost Centre for entities.
