Premier Poly Film Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, for consideration and approval of the company’s unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and the window will remain closed for 48 hours after the results are announced.

Premier Polyfilm announced that the 34th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 24 September 2026.
