Vakrangee Limited announced the allotment of 412,500 equity shares to employees under the Vakrangee Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014, at a price of Rs 2 per share, including a Rs 1 premium. The allotment, approved by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee on September 15, 2026, increases the company’s issued and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 1083604307 divided into 1083604307 equity shares. Vakrangee Limited has received in-principle approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the shares and will seek listing and trading approvals in due course.

Vakrangee Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 17, 2026, to September 23, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s 36th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 23, 2026.
