Gravita India Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, both days inclusive, for the company`s 34th Annual General Meeting scheduled on September 28, 2026.

Gravita India Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved providing a corporate guarantee on behalf of Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited, a material subsidiary, for credit facilities of up to Rs 600 crore, with a guarantee amount not exceeding Rs 100 crore. The guarantee is at arm’s length, and Mr. Rajat Agrawal, a promoter and chairman cum managing director of Gravita India Limited, and Ms. Karvi Agrawal, the managing director of Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited and Mr. Agrawal’s daughter, have interests in the transaction, along with other family members holding a negligible percentage of shares in the subsidiary.

Net profit of Gravita India rose 14.08% to Rs 106.39 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 93.26 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
