VXL Instruments Limited, currently under the implementation of a resolution plan following a corporate insolvency resolution process initiated on November 26, 2024, announced that its Monitoring Committee will meet on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The resolution plan was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench -I, on September 9, 2026, and involves a consortium of NG Organics Private Limited and Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel.

VXL Instruments Limited, under implementation of a resolution plan, announced that its Fifth Implementation and Monitoring Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. through Audio-Visual means in virtual mode, as per Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

VXL Instruments Limited received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, for a modified resolution plan, replacing a merger with NG Organics Private Limited and Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel with a revised implementation mechanism. The modification, which does not alter the total bid value of Rs 7 crore, creditor entitlements, priorities, or implementation timelines, was sought to avoid delays and uncertainty related to the merger, which was initially part of the approved resolution plan. The Consortium of NG Organics Private Limited and Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel had previously funded Rs 7 crore to implement the plan.
