HLE Glascoat announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.1 per equity Share (i.e. 55%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of HLE Glascoat declined 10.57% to Rs 18.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 20.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 17.37% to Rs 391.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 333.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 5.80% to Rs 49.42 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 46.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
