Federal Bank announced the allotment of 2,27,406 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to option grantees on September 8, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under its ESOS 2010, ESOS 2017, ESOS 2023, and ESIS 2023 schemes, as approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee.

Federal Bank will seek board approval on August 21, 2026, to raise funds through the issuance of foreign currency denominated debt securities and/or other permissible instruments via its International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) Banking Unit (IBU) at GIFT City, potentially up to the equivalent of USD 500 million with a maximum tenor of five years.

Federal Bank announced the allotment of a total of 14,73,916 equity shares on August 11, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under its ESOS 2010, ESOS 2017, and ESOS 2023 schemes, with 18,925 shares, 14,49,997 shares, and 15,150 shares respectively, as well as 18,904 shares under the ESOS 2023 scheme.

Federal Bank has allotted 7,19,066 equity shares under ESOS on 03 August 2026.

Federal Bank announced that the 95th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the bank will be held on 21 August 2026.
