Raaj Medisafe India Limited informed the BSE that it has filed a statement of deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through a preferential issue of Rs 18,01,25,000 on March 26, 2026, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, noting there were no deviations or variations in the use of funds, which were originally intended for the acquisition of Fabrizo Industries Private Limited’s Goa-based manufacturing unit, expansion plans, working capital, and general corporate purposes.

Raaj Medisafe India Limited announced that its Board of Directors appointed Mr. Vipul Parakh as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 12, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
