Bajaj Finance Limited announced that its Debenture Allotment Committee has allotted 50,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, with a total value of Rs 498.22 crore, including discount and accrued interest. The debentures, with a face value of Rs 1 lakh each, will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited and carry an annual coupon rate of 7.79%, maturing on July 4, 2036.

Bajaj Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 July 2026.

Bajaj Finance has allotted 5,30,500 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 5,306.57 crore on private placement basis.

Bajaj Finance has allotted 2 lakh secured non convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs 2,000.45 crore on private placement basis.

Bajaj Finance has allotted 1,39,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each at an issue price of Rs 1,04,705.27 per debenture aggregating to Rs 1455.40 crore on private placement basis.
