Dhunseri Investments announced that the 29th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 20 August 2026.

Dhunseri Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net Loss of Dhunseri Investments reported to Rs 4.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 58.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 28.96% to Rs 53.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 41.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 80.19% to Rs 17.98 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 90.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
