GPT Healthcare announced that the 37th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 6 August 2026.

Net profit of GPT Healthcare rose 13.03% to Rs 14.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 12.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. GPT Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 15%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
