Mr. Pokharna, a Chartered Accountant with over nine years of experience, previously worked at S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP (EY) and B S R & Co. LLP (KPMG India), and has also been designated as an authorized person for determining the materiality of events and making disclosures to the stock exchanges.
