SIS will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 August 2026.

SIS has acquired an additional 6,53,960 equity shares of Updater Services. Consequently, the company`s stake on Updater Services stands at 44,55,390 equity shares, representing 6.65% of its paid-up equity share capital.Powered by Capital Market - Live News

SIS has allotted 6,893 equity shares under ESOP on 13 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 70,65,38,215 divided into 14,13,07,643 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.

SIS will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 June 2026.

SIS announced that the 42th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 6 July 2026.
