Nava allots 2.53 lakh equity shares under RSUs,
Nava has allotted 2,53,820 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of vested Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the NAVA - RSUs 2023. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 28,32,55,096 equity shares of Re 1 each.

Board of Nava recommends final dividend,
Nava announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5.5 per equity Share (i.e. 550%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Nava consolidated net profit declines 45.77% in the March 2026 quarter,
Net profit of Nava declined 45.77% to Rs 127.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 234.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 12.24% to Rs 1142.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1018.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 27.93% to Rs 786.67 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1091.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 7.72% to Rs 4290.92 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3983.55 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Board of NAVA approves incorporation of two WoS in GIFT City IFSC,
The board of NAVA at its meeting held on 10 March 2026 has approved the incorporation of two (2) wholly owned subsidiaries (WoS) of the Company in GIFT City IFSC, Gujarat. The proposed names of the two subsidiaries are Nava Agrivest IFSC and Nava Holdings IFSC. Both the companies will act as investment holding companies dedicated for investments into commercial agriculture and other group businesses other than commercial agriculture respectively.
