Nava Limited announced the allotment of 57,501 equity shares following the exercise of vested Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the NAVA – RSUs 2023 plan. The shares were allotted at an exercise price of Rs 378 per share, increasing the company`s paid-up equity share capital to Rs 28,33,12,597. Nava Limited`s Company Secretary, VSN Raju, disclosed the allotment in a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on August 19, 2026.

Nava Ltd share price declined by 1.62% to Rs 579.5. The Company`s net profit saw a strong growth of 144.31% to Rs 332.82 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 6.03% to Rs 1211.8 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Power Generation industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 10.57 lakh crore, gaining 5.72%. It has eased by 1.47% over last one week and eased lower by 4.11% in last one month while the market capitalization of Nava Ltd has slipped by 0.45% and 7.70% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Nava Ltd stood at Rs 479.22 crore in Q2 FY26, falling 10.53% year-on-year, and rallying 47.44% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 470 crore, retreating 14.47% YoY and surging by 47.09% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 8.79% to Rs 786.63 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 314.31 crore, marginally falling by 5.88% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 93.54 crore, plunging by 14.59% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew marginally by 7.72% to Rs 4290.92 crore, while net profit tumbled by 27.57% to Rs 1039.96 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 172132% to Rs 1529.65 crore, and PBT softened 6.62% to Rs 1502.02 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2312.33 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2157.05 crore in FY25. Nava Ltd declined 5.86% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.

Nava will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Nava announced that the 54th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 14 August 2026.

Nava has allotted 2,53,820 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of vested Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the NAVA - RSUs 2023. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 28,32,55,096 equity shares of Re 1 each.
