Pratik Panels Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on September 3, 2026, that its board approved the company’s Directors Report for the financial year ended 2025-2026, the closure of its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 23, 2026, to September 29, 2026, and the convening of the 37th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, at 3:30 AM (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and appointed Mr. Hemant Shetye, failing which Mr. Kunal Sakpal, as Scrutinizer for the AGM, and National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to facilitate the e-voting process.
