Lalit Sharma & Associates, Company Secretaries of Noida, resigned as the company`s Secretarial Auditor, effective August 13, 2026, citing professional and administrative reasons. The resignation was acknowledged by Jauss Polymers, which will consider appointing a new Secretarial Auditor and provide an update accordingly.

Jauss Polymers announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 30 August 2026.
