Oberoi Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Oberoi Realty has recorded gross bookings of approximately Rs 8,109 crore at Three Sixty North, its first luxury residential development in the National Capital Region (NCR).
