Arrow Greentech Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) that the trading window for purchase or sale of shares by designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.

Arrow Greentech Ltd. announced that at its 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026, shareholders approved the appointment of M/s KNAV & Co. LLP as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 34th AGM until the conclusion of the 39th AGM, replacing M/s Haribhakti & Co. LLP, whose second term concluded at the same meeting.

Arrow Greentech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Arrow Greentech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Arrow Greentech declined 35.31% to Rs 7.40 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 27.07% to Rs 41.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 57.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 25.00% to Rs 47.35 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 63.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales declined 17.60% to Rs 200.51 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 243.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
