Poddar Pigments Limited has set Monday, September 14, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval at the company’s 35th Annual General Meeting, and will close its register of members and share transfer books from September 15, 2026, to September 21, 2026, inclusive.

Poddar Pigments Limited has set Monday, September 14, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval at the company’s 35th Annual General Meeting, according to a filing with the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 15, 2026, to September 21, 2026, inclusive, and dividend will be credited or dispatched within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.

Poddar Pigments will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Poddar Pigments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Poddar Pigments declined 7.78% to Rs 4.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.23% to Rs 100.45 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 87.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 35.32% to Rs 14.76 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 22.82 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 1.73% to Rs 374.86 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 368.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
