USA, effective September 9, 2026, for a strategic partnership involving direct sales and distribution of Poddar’s Single Pigment Dispersion (SPD) black, white and color portfolio across the United States, Canada and Latin America, according to a filing with the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on September 19, 2026.
