The Company`s net profit saw a strong growth of 226.88% to Rs 9.12 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 2.51% to Rs 66.95 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 31.39% to Rs 250.59 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 9.12% to Rs 12.33 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 1653% to Rs 21.46 crore, and PBT rose 14.33% to Rs 16.75 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.35 crore in FY26, as against Rs 12.82 crore in FY25. ARCL Organics Ltd nosedived by 14.13% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.04% during the same period.

Sales declined 9.59% to Rs 65.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 72.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 57.91% to Rs 5.19 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 12.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 8.67% to Rs 272.31 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 250.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
