Systematix Corporate Services announced the resignation of Ankit Gor, Director, Investment Banking - ECM (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company with effect from 04 August 2026.

Systematix Corporate Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of Systematix Corporate Services reported to Rs 11.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 3.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 20.69% to Rs 23.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 29.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 69.73% to Rs 13.85 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 45.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
