The transaction, considered a related party transaction, was made at arm’s length, and Systematix Wealth & Asset Services Private Limited, formerly known as Systematix Wealth & Asset Management Private Limited & Systematix Ventures Private Limited, reported a turnover of Rs 193.06 lakh for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Systematix Corporate Services Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for its directors, promoters, designated persons, and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
