CP Capital Limited share price rose by 6.80% to Rs 140.55 after the company`s net profit soared by 45.62% to Rs 13.31 crore, while revenue from operations increased 18.84% to Rs 21.95 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 17.12 lakh crore, easing 6.93%. It has marginally improved by 0.36% over last one week and surged by 15.42% in last one month while the market capitalization of CP Capital Limited has sharply increased by 20.44% and 47.33% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of CP Capital Limited stood at Rs 17.88 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 28.26% year-on-year, and rallying 45.72% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 20 crore, jumping 202.71% YoY and surging by 35.92% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 41.05% to Rs 2.47 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.63 crore, tanking by 18.18% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 35.47% to Rs 66.5 crore, while net profit dropped 12.29% to Rs 38.12 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2421% to Rs 58.08 crore, and PBT saw a marginal contraction of 4.08% to Rs 51.78 crore compared to previous TTM. CP Capital Limited gained 0.25% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.05% during the same period.

CP Capital Limited reported a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 13.3 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, a 46% increase quarter-on-quarter, alongside a 65% rise in standalone EBITDA to Rs 18.0 crore. The company’s standalone profit after tax reached Rs 11.5 crore, up 102% sequentially, while gross non-performing assets decreased to Rs 35.21 crore from Rs 79.90 crore, with 99.90% of NPAs being secured and backed by 2.5 times security coverage.
