Innovators Facade Systems Limited will hold its 27th Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing, with the cut-off date for e-voting set for September 15, 2026, and a book closure from September 16, 2026, to September 22, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited.

Innovators Facade Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of M/s. Y. R. Doshi & Co., Cost Accountants as Cost Auditor for fiscal year 2026-27, with a remuneration of Rs 40,000 plus applicable taxes and reimbursement of expenses.
