Bajaj Consumer Care announced that the Hon`ble National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement between Vishal Personal Care (Demerged Company) and Bajaj Consumer Care (Resulting Company) and their respective shareholders.
