Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company announced that the 18th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 12 August 2026.

Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company has allotted 14,76,432 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 18,49,23,37,030/- comprising 1,84,92,33,703 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
