Belrise Industries Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates and M/s. Rathi Rathi and Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting, to be held in the Financial Year 2031-32. The appointment follows the expiration of the term of the existing statutory auditor, M/s. Belrise Industries Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, immediate relatives, and specified connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after a board meeting to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates and M/s. Rathi Rathi and Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for a first term of 5 years commencing from Financial Year 2026-27 to Financial Year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The current statutory auditor, M/s. GSA & Associates LLP, will have its term expire at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
