Belrise Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Board of Directors has recommended the appointment of M/s. Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates and M/s. Rathi Rathi and Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for a first term of 5 years commencing from Financial Year 2026-27 to Financial Year 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The current statutory auditor, M/s. GSA & Associates LLP, will have its term expire at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Belrise Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Belrise Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.55 per equity Share (i.e. 11%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Belrise Industries rose 18.37% to Rs 130.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 110.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 12.24% to Rs 2552.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 2274.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 39.79% to Rs 496.86 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 355.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 14.69% to Rs 9509.10 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 8290.82 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. The board of Belrise Industries at its meeting held on 24 May 2026 has approved raising of funds for an amount aggregating up to Rs 2000 crore by way of issuance of equity shares or any other equity-linked instrument as permissible under applicable laws by way of a qualified institutions placement (QIP).
