MRF Ltd share price declined by 0.18% to Rs 133931.05 after the company`s net profit plunged by 29.46% to Rs 495.35 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 4.62% to Rs 8415.5 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Tyres & Rubber Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.5 lakh crore, rising 2.89%. It has marginally improved by 1.15% over last one week and advanced by 11.23% in last one month while the market capitalization of MRF Ltd has improved by 0.86% and 5.85% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of MRF Ltd stood at Rs 649.69 crore in Q2 FY26, declining 3.30% year-on-year, and tanking 30.12% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 796 crore, tumbling by 15.53% YoY and crashing by 31.75% sequentially. Total expenses posted a minor rise of 9.63% to Rs 7872.54 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 5854.23 crore, advancing by 17.22% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 499.87 crore, contracting 9.25% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 10.64% to Rs 31149.01 crore, while net profit soared by 29.51% to Rs 2426.1 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 376236% to Rs 4395.95 crore, and PBT jumped 29.77% to Rs 3222.14 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 4590.3 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1867.8 crore in FY25. MRF Ltd dropped 5.70% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.56% during the same period.

Net profit of MRF rose 37.56% to Rs 702.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 510.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. MRF announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.229 per share (i.e.2290%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
