Adani Total Gas Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Preyash Jhaveri as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel), effective September 3, 2026, following a recommendation from the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jhaveri, who has been serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer since December 22, 2025, holds a B.Com, LL.B., and a PGDBM, and brings over 30 years of experience in finance and business management, previously working with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited, Enercon (India) Limited, The Arvind Mills Limited, India Gum Limited and Core Healthcare Limited.
