Mukand has fixed 07 August 2026 as record date for payment of dividend of 30% i.e Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 10.

Mukand announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 12 August 2026.

Mukand announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
