Mukand Ltd share price softened by 0.53% to Rs 140.05 after the company`s net profit tumbled by 89.66% to Rs 57.36 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 7.34% to Rs 1362.21 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Iron & Steel Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.22 lakh crore, easing 1.17%. It has eased by 0.55% over last one week and ticked higher by 4.52% in last one month while the market capitalization of Mukand Ltd has slipped by 1.37% and 2.19% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Mukand Ltd stood at Rs 60.22 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 59.86% year-on-year, and tumbling by 86.12% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 98 crore, nosediving by 1241.89% YoY and tanking 81.39% sequentially. Total expenses posted a minor rise of 5.24% to Rs 1372.96 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 973.06 crore, growing marginally by 7.35% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 58.16 crore, ticking higher by 4.51% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations remained flat to Rs 4889.83 crore, while net profit surged by 696.09% to Rs 604.15 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 28047% to Rs 382.67 crore, and PBT jumped 332.91% to Rs 512.13 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 440.98 crore in FY26, as against Rs 180.09 crore in FY25. Mukand Ltd ticked higher by 1.89% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.04% during the same period.

Mukand has fixed 07 August 2026 as record date for payment of dividend of 30% i.e Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 10.
