Sansera Engineering Limited announced that its board approved the re-designation of Fatheraj Singhvi from Joint Managing Director to Vice Chairman and Whole Time Director, designated as Executive Vice Chairman, effective August 24, 2026, for a five-year term until August 5, 2029. Additionally, Bindiganavile Raghunath Preetham will transition from Executive Director & Group CEO to Managing Director, designated as Joint Managing Director & Group CEO, also effective August 24, 2026, for a five-year term until September 7, 2028, both subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.

Sansera Engg. will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 August 2026.

Sansera Engineering has allotted 71,520 equity shares under ESOP on 24 June 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 6,24,03,568 equity shares of Rs 2 each.

Sansera Engg. announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Sansera Engineering rose 104.84% to Rs 121.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 59.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 27.77% to Rs 998.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 781.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 50.63% to Rs 324.09 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 215.16 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 15.95% to Rs 3497.92 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3016.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
