Jash Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Jash Engineering rose 56.91% to Rs 56.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 36.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 3.28% to Rs 290.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 300.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 13.14% to Rs 76.18 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 87.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 0.14% to Rs 736.19 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 735.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
