AKSHARCHEM (INDIA) LIMITED informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that Mr. Sunil Rane, General Manager (Accounts) and designated Senior Management Personnel, retired from the company’s services effective August 11, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
