Veerhealth Care will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Veerhealth Care has secured an export order worth Rs 15.73 crore for manufacture and supply of Gripe Water from Sudan. This export order marks the Company`s first strategic entry into the Sudan market, expanding its global presence in the pediatric and wellness care segment.

Net Loss of Veerhealth Care reported to Rs 0.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
